My first week!

I lost 2 pounds :)


I have been drinking smoothies almost every morning that look like this:
What's in it?
1 banana
a couple frozen strawberries
a few slices of frozen peach
a handful of fresh spinach
plus a little water to help mix.
It's really good and filling..you can't even taste the spinach :)

    I wanted to give you a yummy smoothie recipe that I used to help me shed 11 pds in a week. :)
    cup mangos (frozen)
    cup pineapples (frozen)
    tsp honey
    cup low fat yogurt (vanilla)
    1/2 cup of apple juice
