Working out, Eating well!!

I feel like I've been back in the "groove" of things. I'm being consistent on exercising and eating better with portion control!! Here are some pictures I've posted on my Instagram. For the month of May, I've joined a challenge to do at least a mile of something. I've walked/jogged around my neighborhood as well as gone to the gym and it feels so good being consistent!
