Blue Bonnets.

My mom and I went to take pics yesterday and while I was searching for something to wear I came across an old dress. I haven't worn it in a couple of years and decided to try it on and see how it looked. I was pretty excited by the difference I saw in the mirror. I wore this dress on my 22nd birthday..I will be 24 in May. Here are some pics of the difference. Since my weight loss journey started I have lost about 27 pounds. These are pics of me at my heaviest which was around 305(or more) pounds. So I have lost a total of about 40 pounds.

It's been too long!!!!!!

Sorry I haven't written in awhile!!! I haven't been to the gym in 5 days! Remember when I sprained my foot and couldn't walk for more than a week?! Well...I hurt it again. :( I started jogging a little again so I think that might have triggered it and I bumped it pretty badly on Saturday at my house. It hurts to walk so I'm trying to take it easy. In other news..I am still watching what I eat and my portion sizes.

I can't wait to get back to the gym and get my fitness on! lol!

Also, I think because I try to be a ballerina, it doesn't help in the healing process of my foot. I need to be more careful. haha!

Down 25.2 pounds!! Lots of pics!

I have lost a little over 25 pounds!! So exciting! This is the most weight I have ever lost in a certain amount of time. I lost 20 pounds in 2009 when I lived in Japan for a summer (but that's another post) :) Here is my monthly update with lots of pics! enjoy!







I can't wait to be under 200 pounds! This is going to be a long and difficult journey, but it is SO worth it. Life is way too valuable and precious not to care about your own health. God has given me this life and body for a purpose and for too long I mistreated it with the way I ate and the lack of exercise I had been doing for the majority of my life.
