Sorry I haven't written in awhile!!! I haven't been to the gym in 5 days! Remember when I sprained my foot and couldn't walk for more than a week?! Well...I hurt it again. :( I started jogging a little again so I think that might have triggered it and I bumped it pretty badly on Saturday at my house. It hurts to walk so I'm trying to take it easy. In other news..I am still watching what I eat and my portion sizes.
I can't wait to get back to the gym and get my fitness on! lol!
Also, I think because I try to be a ballerina, it doesn't help in the healing process of my foot. I need to be more careful. haha!
