My feet have been hurting so I only did upper body weight lifting and squats today at the gym.

I'm doing two different yoga challenges on instagram so here are a few of the poses :)
I'm also trying to be a better runner/jogger so I've started this plan to help. Today was week one, day one. I walked for 2 minutes at a speed of 3.1 on the treadmill and then ran for 1 min at a speed of 5.5 for a total of 21 minutes. Haven't been to the gym in over a week :( felt good to be back to it today doing cardio and weights!!
