Losing inches!

I took measurements of my body about 3ish weeks after I started my healthy lifestyle a year ago. I took those same measurements today and was so excited to see the results!

I notice these changes all throughout my body and it's such a good feeling! I have many more inches to lose but this is such a great start so far!

Advantages of losing these inches!

  • I can cross my legs like a lady with ease
  • My fingers are smaller! I used to wear a size 10 and now I wear a size 8
  • I am more flexible and can sit in ways that I didn't use to
  • Clothes fit better! 
  • I feel better
  • I have more energy
  • The list can go on and on....
