more poses and trying to jog!



I'm trying to be a more consistent jogger because I'm doing a 5k in February and you have to have a 15 min/mile pace which right now I have a pace of about 15:30 including walking. Trying to jog/walk every day or at least every other day so I can become better :)

Yoga challenges and more!

I'm doing two different yoga challenges on instagram so here are a few of the poses :) 






I'm also trying to be a better runner/jogger so I've started this plan to help. Today was week one, day one. I walked for 2 minutes at a speed of 3.1 on the treadmill and then ran for 1 min at a speed of 5.5 for a total of 21 minutes. Haven't been to the gym in over a week :( felt good to be back to it today doing cardio and weights!!
