Paleo

So on Monday I started the Paleo diet (it's like the caveman diet...fruits, veggies, meat, fish, seeds/nuts, water...basically what a person could hunt and gather  no dairy, bread, refined sugar (sweets, cookies, candy, etc)

Since Monday I've lost 4 1/2 pounds! It is really helping me be conscious of what I eat and is allowing me to eat better food for my body. I am doing a modified version of Paleo because I am making protein shakes with my meal plans.

 As of today I am at my lowest weight! 


That's a total of 74.8 pounds lost! 
I'm trying to get to 210 by May 7, which is my birthday!
My ultimate goal is to get to 192 which would be a grand total of 100 pounds lost!
